I have been working at the forefront of the Marble and Granite Contracting Industry for 40 years and now operate as an independent Stone Consultant

 

Experience

Since 2002 the founder and Managing Director of Ideal Marble and Granite Ltd, I have Project Managed major project work in every corner of the UK and in Europe. This has provided me with detailed knowledge and experience of materials and quarries in Italy, France, Spain and Portugal as well as site installation challenges.

Project Work

Ideal Marble have undertaken a diverse variety of project work from a £2 million marble contract in the South of France to the recently completed and ground breaking project at multi award winning The Londoner Hotel, Leicester Square London. In my early career in the late 1980’s I worked on the Bank of England Museum stonework project.

 

Technical Knowledge

Well-known stalwarts of the Industry; Toffolo Jackson in Glasgow, Geoffrey Pike Ltd of London and J.Rotherham Masonry Yorkshire have all benefitted from my skills in Contracting and in depth technical knowledge of the design, supply, manufacture and installation  of marble and granite work.
